At withdrawal from education I ask you to answer a couple of questions.

Please state a good reason for your withdrawal that you were not able to foresee at the time of enrollment.

Completion of studying obligations *

I agree to complete my learning obligations as I am bound by the end of the current month.

Refund of the discount on the amount of lessons *

I agree that the a teacher offered me a discount on the number of lessons, which I will not complete due to the early withdrawal from education. Therefore, I am obliged to pay the difference between the ordered discount package, and the number of lessons done. I have the right to be billed according to the tariff of the highest completed discount package. I took the subscription for only one month, for which the provider did not offer me a discount.
